Lifelines health club has been the go to gym in Luton, Dunstable and Harpenden for over 29 years. It is a cliché to say that we aren't like every other gym, but we really aren't.
We have a great mix in members with the majority being with us now for many years, all coming in regularly because they love the environment.
Our members see the benefits of working out in a friendly 'family' atmosphere with instructors that really do care about helping you reach your fitness goals.
Working out is not just about lifting weights or running on treadmills, it is about getting out and seeing friendly faces and feeling good to be exercising with others. We all need that motivation to get going again and that's exactly what you will get from us and more...

Coming to lifelines is a complete experience, not just a place to sweat it out. Here you can work out with friends, play a bit a sport and then meet them for a free tea or coffee afterwards. Highly qualified, their goal is to help you reach yours.
Not only will our personal trainers help you devise a training plan that’ll fast-track your results, they’ll also keep you motivated ensuring you obtain your health and fitness goals.
These popular and effective sessions cost just £32 per hour for Lifelines members (£35 non-members).
We also offer fun, short but intense sessions that can include boxing, mini circuit sessions etc. These are £16 for half an hour.
We also do partner sessions for £35 an hour, so if you are nervous of training one to one with an instructor but still want to achieve specific goals, then why not team up with a friend and split the cost but not necessarily the workload, you will both be made to work hard!
Non-members are welcome but the cost will be higher.
