General Agency Commission
We pay commission to conference & event agencies at 8% plus vat on the fully inclusive tariffs of Delegate Rates, Room Hire, Activities and pre-booked Food & Beverage spend.
Enhanced Accredited Agency Commission
An enhanced commission rate of 10% plus vat on the fully inclusive tariffs as prescribed above is available to qualifying agents that are either HBAA, MIA members or have a TIDS number and who participate in the Venue 360 Accredited Agent Programme. Qualification for the programmes is simple, during the preceding 12 months the agency will have made a hosted site visit to the venue, attended a familiarisation trip or had an account review meeting with a member of our client relationship team.
Preferred Agency Agreement
The preferred agency agreement is designed to reward those agents that produce higher levels of revenue for our venue, offer marketing initiatives, RFP opportunities and an annual presentation to the event bookers within the agency. In return Venue 360 will commit to a scaled commission override and supported client entertaining opportunities.
Occasionally Riverside Conference Centre may offer tactical commission deals to assist with filing late cancellations or trough periods. These rates will supersede all other commission arrangements; however any override agreements will remain in effect.
Agency commission at the agreed rate will be paid 10 days after departure or upon final settlement of the account whichever is the later.
