A popular and social way to workout, we offer a variety of exercise classes such as Spinning, Boxercise, Dance, Pilates, Yoga plus many more to suit all levels of fitness.
Most classes will provide you with equipment but we would advise you to bring a towel and some water to drink, as some of the classes are quite strenuous.
For non-members, classes are available as pay as you go and will need to be booked 7 days in advance.
Members may pre-book classes up to 14 days in advance.
