We are pleased to confirm that Venue 360 will re-open from 9am on Monday 29th March, albeit under the following restrictions and timeframes as set out by the govt. roadmap. Here is our very own road map to re-opening:

Key points:

  • Please visit the specific department pages below for more detailed information. Please do not attend or book before reading.

  • Online bookings portal open from Monday 1st March, reception telephone bookings available 1-4pm on Tues 9th March and then from 10am Monday 29th March onwards.

  • There will only be access to the reception desk in the main building 29th March to 11th April. Rest of the main building will be closed. 

  • Masks are required to be worn in all areas apart from when engaged in your chosen activity

  • One-way systems in place to safely enter / exit 

  • Hand sanitiser stations throughout the building when open

  • Track and trace required for all areas and activities

  • Cashless payments only

    As Venue 360 adjusts to this new way of operating to help combat COVID-19, we will be operating on slightly revised hours as we move through the govt. 4 stages. We are still very much open though with plenty of hours available to you each day.

    Venue 360 members and non-members will have access to book classes and sports online. We encourage you to use this to ease pressure on reception and to help speed up the payment process for yourself. We are currently running a cashless system.

    As previously, the team have worked hard in rearranging the gym layout and zoning off specific areas for you to train. We are delighted to be opening again from Stage 2 onwards, please click to read more on what this involves.

    Due to govt. restrictions, the balcony cafe bar will not re-open until stage 3, which will be on 17th May. Please click to read more about when we do re-open.

    We finally have light at the end of the tunnel for our events and conference side of the business. We are now permitted bookings up to a max of 30 in Stage 3 and hopefully no restrictions from Stage 4 onwards!

    Classes are permitted from stage 3 but some restrictions and a revised timetable will remain in place until stage 4. locations and class numbers in some cases have been adjusted to ensure social distancing.
