Playing sport at Venue 360 during COVID-19

updated 12/10/2020

General Information

  • Please do not visit Venue 360 if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19. You must also advise this to all other participants in your booking, plus have contact details of them all, should it be required to help the NHS track and trace system

  • Opening hours have been changed to meet govt. instruction. Please click HERE to check times

  • Please respect other users by social distancing when entering the facility and making your way to your chosen activity. Masks must be worn in the building apart from when you are actually playing sport.

  • Hand sanitiser will be available as you enter the main building and via various other points

  • Anyone found not adhering to our COVID guidelines will be asked to stop playing with immediate effect and not permitted to book again for the forseeable future.

  • Please do not gather in groups before and after your activity. Groups over 6 people are not permitted.

  • Equipment hire such as badminton and tennis rackets will be available but we strongly encourage you to bring and provide your own equipment. Equipment will be sanitised everytime it is returned from hire

  • General advice is to come dressed to play and shower afterwards at home. We do however have limited showers available to ensure social distancing. Changing rooms are open on the ground floor where there is more room to space yourselves out.

  • Despite Sauna and Steam rooms now being permitted under strict govt. guidelines, Venue 360 does not feel this is something we can comfortably manage safely with the controls required to be put in place.
The health suite will therefore remain closed until all controls are lifted. Apologies for this inconvenience but we hope you can respect our decision.
