Personal Training

In need of extra motivation?
Then our personal trainers could be what you’re looking for.

Here to give you a gentle push!

Highly qualified, their goal is to help you reach yours. Not only will our personal trainers help you devise a training plan that’ll fast-track your results, they’ll also keep you motivated ensuring you obtain your health and fitness goals.

These popular and effective sessions cost just £30 per hour for Lifelines members (£35 non-members).

We also offer fun, short but intense sessions that can include boxing, mini circuit sessions etc. These are £15 for half an hour.

We also do partner sessions for £35 an hour, so if you are nervous of training one to one with an instructor but still want to achieve specific goals, then why not team up with a friend and split the cost but not necessarily the workload, you will both be made to work hard!

Non-members are welcome but the cost will be higher.
