There is a very small booking fee of .25p per 'early bird' ticket and .38p per standard ticket that is passed on by our payment providers. This I am sure you'll agree is a very small fee compared to most ticket site charges. We do not receive any of this fee and also get charged a fee on all sales.

Yes, your ticket to attend on the night is only confirmed once you have paid, therefore you must pay as you book.

Six weeks’ notice prior to NYE would be required to receive a refund. If you are unable to provide 6 weeks’ notice a refund will not be given. Refunds will be for ticket price ONLY as there is no refund from bookings fees.
