Please note that we are a cashless venue. The event is exclusively for guests aged 18 and over; valid ID is required for entry. Our venue adheres to 'Challenge 25', if you are lucky enough to look under 25, please ensure you have your valid ID.

To secure your booking, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation: Six weeks’ notice prior to NYE would be required to receive a refund. If you are unable to provide 6 weeks’ notice a refund will not be given.

Dress Code: Smart dress only please - no ripped denim, tracksuits or hoodies.

There is a very small booking fee of .25p per 'early bird' ticket and .38p per standard ticket that is passed on by our payment providers. This I am sure you'll agree is a very small fee compared to most ticket site charges.

We do not receive any of this fee and also get charged a fee on all sales.

Yes, your ticket to attend on the night is only confirmed once you have paid, therefore you must pay as you book.
