Michael – Gym Manager
I’m currently approaching 25 years of service at Lifelines, driven by a strong passion for fitness and a commitment to creating a friendly, safe, and clean environment. I take pride in delivering high-quality programs that support our members in reaching their goals.
Throughout the week, I teach several indoor cycling classes, as well as lunchtime Abs and LBT sessions. I’d love to see you in a class sometime!

Rachel – Fitness Instructor
With an experienced background and passion for fitness and martial arts, I aim to create realistic, results-driven programmes tailored to help you reach your goals.
Throughout the week, I lead a variety of classes including mobility and stretch, box-HIIT, circuits, spin and functional fit.

Connor – Fitness Instructor
I’ve been working as a gym instructor at Venue 360 for over 9 years and I genuinely love what I do!
My main area of expertise is free weight and hypertrophy training.
Over the years, I’ve helped many people, both beginners and experienced gym-goers, reach their fitness goals.
Like any job, working in a gym has its ups and downs. One of the best parts is meeting amazing people with great stories (and having a good laugh along the way). Outside of work, I enjoy running with my social run club on Sunday mornings.

Lisa – Fitness Instructor
Graduating in 2021 with a First Class with Hons BSc in Strength and Conditioning.
With 5+ years experience in Rehabilitation, Adapted Personal Training and Athletic Performance.

Raimond – Fitness Instructor
I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer, specialising in weight loss, nutrition, and athletic performance. As the youngest member of the Lifelines gym team, I bring energy, dedication, and a fresh perspective to everything I do.
Outside the gym, I’m currently studying Biomedical Science, and in my free time, I enjoy staying active through various sports.

Joy – Fitness Instructor
I am a certified gym instructor specialising in weight training, dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored, result driven programs.
Outside of the gym, I am an avid HYROX competitor, continually challenging myself to improve performance, endurance and strength. My passion for fitness extends beyond training, it’s about inspiring others to embrace a lifestyle of health, discipline and personal growth.

Vasi – Fitness Instructor
I am intensely passionate about all types of training may it be fitness, weight loss or weight training and really what to encourage and help clients of all ages to improve their fitness and achieve there goals!
