Part-time Leisure Duty Manager Required

We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Leisure Duty Managers at Venue 360, supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy leisure facilities.

As a Leisure Duty Manager, you will demonstrate strong communication an leadership skills, a customer focused approach and the ability to manage day to day operations in a busy environment.

In addition to operational responsibilities, there is scope to become involved in digital marketing or sports coaching allowing you to broaden your skills and make a wider impact within the business.

• £14.15 per hour

• Approx 30 hours a week (4 days) across a 4 week rolling rota (shifts vary - daytime, evenings and weekends)

• Deadline: Sunday 18th October 2026

Job Summary:

• Run the day-to-day operation of the leisure facilities

• Supervise staff and support other team members

• Maintain health and safety standards

• Reception duties

• Carry out opening and closing procedures

• Cleaning and maintenance duties

  
  

Essential Attributes:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in a supervisory role

• Good timekeeping and a pleasant demeanour along with a sociable nature

• A customer-focused attitude

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

• Good PC skills

  
  

Desired Attributes:

• Experience working in a leisure or fitness facility

• Previous experience in a supervisory role

• Previous use of leisure software

• Sports coaching qualification

• First aid training

• Strong interest of digital marketing
