Digital Marketing Co-ordinator (Part‑Time – 20 Hours per Week) Must apply by Sunday 10th May
We are seeking a creative and organised Digital Marketing Officer to join our team on a part‑time basis (20 hours per week), working across 3–4 days. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across social media, design, and communications, and who can take ownership of our digital presence and promotional materials.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all social media content, designing digital and printed materials, producing signage and promotional assets, and coordinating our monthly newsletter in both digital and printed formats.
Salary: £15,600 per annum (20 hours per week)
FTE: £29,250 per annum
This role would suit a confident self‑starter with strong design skills and a creative approach to content, who enjoys collaborating with different departments and keeping messaging fresh, engaging, and on‑brand.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media
Plan, create, design, and schedule all social media content across relevant platforms
Generate creative, engaging, and relevant content aligned with the venue’s brand and activities
Monitor engagement and adapt content to maximise reach and effectiveness
Ensure all digital output is consistent in tone, style, and branding
Design & Promotional Materials
Design internal and external signage, posters, and promotional materials
Manage artwork preparation and liaise with printers where required
Maintain and update marketing visuals across the venue
Newsletter Production
Coordinate the monthly newsletter by liaising with departments to gather content
Edit, design, and format the newsletter in both digital and printed formats
Manage distribution of the newsletter to members and relevant audiences
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with internal departments to support marketing needs
Ensure key messages, events, and promotions are communicated clearly and effectively

Experienced Bar Staff Required

Do you have experience working in hospitality or at a bar? We are looking for enthusiastic bar staff with excellent customer service skills. Working as part of a motivated, fun-loving team, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our guests.
